Your Account

How can I delete my account?
If you are would like to cancel your subscription and delete your account, please contact the concierge.
How can I update my profile?
To update your profile, you must visit the Edit Profile page. You can move through the different parts of your profile by clicking the tabs at the top of the page.
How can I update my email address?
You can update your email address on the My Settings page.
How can I report an error or other problem with the site?
To report an error or problem with the site, you can contact us here.

Reporting Abuse
How can I deal with someone that is bothering me?
If someone is bothering or harassing you, blocking them is usually the best solution. Visit the Account Settings page to learn how to block people. If someone continues to harass you despite your efforts, you can report them here.
How can I report spam or other inappropriate content?
You can report spam, pornography, or any other inappropriate content here, or by clicking the "Report" link on the page containing the content you wish to report.

Privacy
Is my information kept private?
Absolutely. We do not share any personally identifying information about you to any third party.
How can I make my profile private?
If the administrator has enabled it, you can make your profile private by visiting the Account Privacy page.
How can I block users from contacting me?
You can block people by adding their username to your blocked users list. Visit the Account Settings page to learn more about how to block people.

What are Intros?
“Intros” is the term we use for connections or friends, the CEO IntroNet members with whom you want to do business or simply meet.
How do I invite Intros?
Go to the Profile of the person you wish to Intro. Click on the Intro Me button. You can only invite an existing CEO IntroNet member to be one of your Intros.
How do I invite a non member to join?
There are two ways to do this. There is a tab at the top of each page “invites”. Click there. Alternatively, in the left column there is a Green Button “Invite CEOs” Click on that and you can send emails to your peers to join.
How do I find someone on the site?
In the top third of the page is a blue box with GO. Enter first and/or last name of the person you wish to find. Hit Go. If the person you seek is a member, their profile will appear. You can request an Intro from their profile page. If they are not a member, you will need to invite them to join.
How do I remove an Intro from my list?
Go to your list of Intros, from the menu to the left of the page. Select the Intro you’d like to remove, click “Remove Intro” next to their profile and follow the instructions.
How do I start a Blog?
Select “My Blogs” from the menu to the left of the page, then select “Compose New Entry”. When you’ve finished typing, select “Post Entry” at the bottom of the page.
How do I find other Blog entries to follow?
Click on the Blog tab at the top of the page. All of the Blog entries will appear. Check your What’s New feed regularly to stay abreast of new blog posts of interest from the Community.
How do I start a discussion on the Forum page?
Select “Forums” from the menu at the top of the page. Select a topic. You can either add a “Quick Reply” to an already open forum, or select “Click Here” to open a new discussion.
How do I build a stronger profile?
The more information you include about your business and yourself, the easier it will be for other members to identify an opportunity to either work with you or share their own experience with you. Select “Edit Profile Information” under My Profile to the left of the page. Add or edit any information and ensure that you save the changes.
How do I upload a video or photo?
Click on My Videos. Click on the upload Video button that appears.
How do I edit my Company or personal information in my profile?
Select “Edit Profile Information” under My Profile to the left of the page. Make any necessary changes and save them.
How do I create a Group?
Select “My Groups” from the menu to the left of the page. Click on “Create New Group” and follow the instructions.
How do I create an Event and invite members to it?
Select “My Events” from the menu to the left of the page. Click on “Create New Event” and follow the instructions.
How do I manage the What’s New updates on my homepage?
Click on Preference at the top right of the What’s New feed. Pick and choose which notifications you wish to receive by clicking or unclicking the box.
How do I manage which of my Profile Information is visible to my Intros or other members?
Select “Privacy Options” from the menu to the left of the page. Select the privacy options and save changes.
How do My Messages work?
You can only send messages to your Intros, other CEOs with whom you have already connected. Start typing the recipient’s name in the To box and their profile picture will appear. Click on that to automatically fill the To box. (A red X appears next to the name) Type your message and send it. The recipient will receive a notification that a message awaits.
